● Airplane
The airplane is the best way to reach the city if there is a direct flight connection between the countries. Kutaisi is served by the low-cost airline Wizzair (with over 20 destinations). ● Train from Tbilisi
If you first arrive in Tbilisi, a train is the best option to reach Kutaisi. The train routes pass through picturesque landscapes, and the 3.5-4 hours journey will fly by unnoticed.
